From the general perspective, the project aims to increase the quality and attractiveness of education in Negru Voda City and, implicitly, to increase the level of participation in compulsory education by creating a modern education infrastructure specific to the primary education. The level of education and education determines in an essential way the quality of life, reflecting its effects on the economic and social realities that characterise a community: the higher the level of education the higher the premises for development, the quality of the human resource determines a stable, flexible, well-trained labour market capable of sustaining continuous economic progress. Through the project SCOALA CLASELE 0-4 and DARABANI SPORT SPACE, U.A.T. NEGRU VODA, JUD. Constanta, the applicant proposed to create and equip a school infrastructure for primary children, including the preparatory class (class 0). Structurally, the investment is composed of: a new building body arranged on the ground floor with an area of 500.00 sqm, having the function of school, to ensure the conditions conforming to the current standards among students and teachers, but also to meet the needs for the administrative activity in optimal conditions of safety and ergonomics. The proposed body is located on the south, southeast side of the site. The long sides have east-west orientation, and the short north-south sides. The orientation of the classes will be made on the south-west and south-east, according to the norms in force. The building will be composed of five classrooms with all related dependencies, of which a hall will also be intended for the development of support and remediation programs, bathrooms, boys and girls and people with disabilities, Chancellery, library, technical and storage rooms. Through the designed functional structure, the building will ensure the performance of the instructive-educational process at high quality standards, allowing, as mentioned above, and the implementation of support and remediation programs after the completion of the course hours. These types of programs are needed especially in the context of simultaneous teaching in which an important emphasis is placed on independent work.Remediative education is part of the child’s education that aims to stimulate the completion of compulsory education and improve the school success rate for children from disadvantaged groups.
