The general objective of the project aims to increase energy efficiency in the public building of Medgidia Municipal Hospital by carrying out intervention works with the aim of thermal insulation and rehabilitation of 2 bodies (Hospital and Central Thermal), modernisation of installations for the preparation and distribution of heat agent and hot domestic water, including the use of renewable sources to ensure energy needs, as well as other related works. The general objective supports the Investment Priority 3.1 Supporting energy efficiency, smart energy management and renewable energy use in public infrastructures, including public buildings, and housing sector, Section B – Public Buildings. Through this project will be supported activities specific to the realisation of investments to increase the energy efficiency of public buildings, namely: — Thermal rehabilitation work of the tire (fat, opaque and glazed part, floor above the top level, floor over the basement); — Thermal rehabilitation works of the heating system (replacement of heating fixtures with ventiloconvectors and radiators; replacement of heat distribution system for heating and hot water consumption); — Installation of alternative systems for the production of electricity and/or heat for own consumption (decentralised renewable energy supply systems, solar thermal collectors, ground-to-water heat pumps); — Rehabilitation/modernisation of the lighting installation in buildings (rehabilitation of the lighting installation and replacement of lighting fixtures); — Related measures.
