OG. OG. Increasing the degree of participation in professional and technical education and lifelong learning by building and equipping workshops laboratories and amphitheatre at Tahnic College“Latcu Voda” Siret. The objective of this project is to ensure very good conditions for carrying out the workshop activities within the Technical College “Latcu Voda” Siret, in particular by providing access to new technologies. At the moment at the level of the workforce there is a very strong lack of skilled workforce able to work on modern machines with automated processes and to use industrial software specific to these machines. By linking the professional training with the current requirements on the labour market especially in the field of new technologies will increase the attractiveness of the educational offer offered by the Technical College “Latcu Voda” Siret on the technological pathway, which will increase the number of students. Two major problems were identified at the level of the educational unit: 1. The lack of specific workshops for various stages of the educational process, when including the Professional Training Standard developed by MEN for the qualifications offered by the educational unit (textile technician, automotive mechanic, transport technician) requires their existence. It is about facilities that allow practical activities to be carried out in the following fields: locksmith, textile-cut, diagnosis and maintenance of cars. 2. The lack of laboratories and workshops focused on new technologies present in the production activity and also. professional training standards for the qualification fields offered by the school unit (textiles technician, transport technician, auto mechanic) address specialised fields such as: CAD design in both mechanical and textile field, operating machines with numerical control. The city of Siret recently established an industrial park (Order MDRAP 768/2016) and this project aims to increase the quality of the workforce training in the area, especially by using new technologies to increase the chances of attracting investors. Also UAT Siret City submitted in partnership with “Stefan cel Mare” University Suceava and the Romanian-German Chamber of Commerce a letter of intent aimed at setting up a scientific and technological park within the Siret Industrial Park. The discussions with these partners found that the level of practical training in technical and professional education in Siret is not correlated with the current labour market requirements due to the lack of modern, automated equipment and the lack of specialised software, although the need for these facilities is specified in the standards of professional training. This project aims to significantly increase the quality of the training of the students who follow the technological path within the Technical College “Latcu Voda” Siret. This will of
