The aim of the project is to improve the quality of education in the tourism and hospitality sector by establishing a point of excellence — RCK Virtuos through strengthening the competences of educational workers and implementing new and modernised educational programmes for different categories of beneficiaries, thus contributing to the harmonisation of vocational education programmes with labour market needs. Enhancing the human resources of tourism and catering sectors and synergies will enhance practical knowledge and skills, which will consequently lead to increased employability in the tourism and hospitality sector.
