Implementation of HKO and development of tools in linking education and labour market

The overall aim of the project is to develop institutional capacity of labour market institutions and to implement HKO through the development of PPPs. target groups are labour market institutions and stakeholders relevant to the development and implementation of the HKRP. the aim of the project is to enable the implementation of the HKRP as a key instrument for the harmonisation of labour market needs with education. The aim is to create new PPPs as a basis for drafting qualifications standards, and then creating new and improving existing education programmes in the Republic of Croatia. This will improve the recognition of future needs, i.e. matching labour supply and demand.
