Education, training and re-training of unemployed people

The Croatian Employment Service is implementing education, training and retraining measures to upgrade existing knowledge or skills and adopt new ones, with the aim of creating the required skilled labour force and reducing the mismatch between supply and demand at all levels of the markets.
