The implementation of the planned activities in this project will seek to halt the negative trend relating to the withdrawal of European Union funds, where Bjelovar-Bilogora County is among the worst performing counties. The project’s specific objectives include: strengthen regional competitiveness of Bjelovar-Bilogora County by investing in the regional coordinator’s human resources and strengthening human capacities in the management bodies of local and regional self-government units and legal persons with public powers in Bjelovar-Bilogora County for the better preparation and implementation of projects financed by the ESI Funds. The ultimate aim is to increase regional competitiveness and the index of development of the county.
