This project aims at training the staff of the Service who will be motivated to acquire the necessary expertise and pass on to potential beneficiaries and applicants. The continuous strengthening of administrative capacity is necessary for the efficient use of EU funds. The staff of the Department have to be continuously trained in relation to the 2014-2020 programming period, in order to reduce the potential for irregularities and to adequately absorb the absorption of EU funds.
