The project consists of improving non-construction measures for flood risk management in Croatia, which will achieve a targeted outcome of flood risk reduction with all other positive results related to improvement in monitoring, analysis and finding optimal solutions to the integral and sustainable management of water, aquatic environment and flood risks in the Republic of Croatia. The implementation of the Project will ensure and systematise the missing river basin data, regulatory and protective water structures, modernise and diversify the hydrological path network, improve predictive models, design and improve flood risk management studies, procure and educate and inform the public on flood risk management.
