The aim of the project is to increase the preparedness and capacity of the firefighting system in the Republic of Croatia. The project contributes to the further development of the national disaster management system and expects the procurement of 94 new fire engines as a key outcome of the project. Fire on board will be distributed to fire brigades in all counties. The vehicles purchased in a single technique and equipment are more advanced than the current ones. The project also plans to train firemen on these vehicles and equipment so that all counties have a partially renewed rolling stock and trained people and are equally modernised.
