The aim of this project is to increase the employment of people aged 30 and over, in particular those in a difficult labour market situation in the Szczecinek district registered with PUP Szczecinek. The main result of the project will be the recruitment of 221 beneficiaries after the end of the project. The project is aimed at unemployed people aged 30 and over, in particular those in a difficult situation on the labour market in Szczecin County. Within the framework of the project, a specific offer of support will be presented for each person, which will be defined by analysing the skills, aptitudes and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, support will be provided in the form of: IPD job mediation and career guidance (mandatory for each participant); traineeships; intervention work; training; one-off measures for setting up a business and reimbursement of the costs of equipping or retrofitting workstations. Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the project has also introduced the instruments enshrined in Articles 15zzb, 15zzc and 15zze of the Act on Specific Solutions for the Prevention, Prevention and Eradication of COVID-19, other communicable diseases.
