The aim of the project is to increase employment, in particular among unemployed and inactive people, especially those who are in a particularly difficult situation on the labour market in the district of Fame. The main result of the project will be 196 participants/participants. The project will support 434 people (220K and 214M) aged 30 and over who are registered in the District Labour Office in Sławno as unemployed, in particular those in a difficult labour market situation (i.e. people aged 50 and over, women, persons with disabilities, long-term unemployed and the low-skilled). As part of the project, individual and comprehensive professional and educational activation of all participants will be carried out, which is based on the elements indicated in 1 type, the participants will be obliged to include: — Identification of the needs of unemployed people and diagnosis of opportunities for further training, including identification of the degree of distance from the labour market – preparation/update of IPD; — Comprehensive and individual job placement in the selection of an occupation consistent with the qualifications and competences of the supported person, or career guidance on career development planning, including upgrading or supplementing professional competences and qualifications. Taking into account the indications in the individual action plan, project participants/participants will be able to benefit from such forms of support as: Internships; —Training leading to qualification/competence; —Training ABC Entrepreneurship with the granting of one-off funds for business start-up; —Recruitment as part of the reimbursement of the costs of equipment/refurbishment of the work station; Intervention works. Participants will be able to claim reimbursement of the cost of medical examinations and travel to the workplace/training/training.
