The aim of the project is to increase the employment of 594 people (301K and 293M) aged 30 and over, especially those who are in a particularly difficult labour market situation in the Koszalin district and the district of Koszalin. The project will result in at least 268 workers, including self-employed workers, after leaving the programme. The implementation of the project will contribute to obtaining qualifications or acquisition of competences, after leaving the programme within the meaning of the Guidelines of the Minister of Investment and Development for monitoring the physical progress of operational programmes for the period 2014-2020, by at least 185 participants. In addition, at least 130 jobs are planned to be created under ESF start-up funds. Participants in the project (UP) will be 594 people (301K and 293M) aged 30 and over who are registered in the Koszalin PLO as unemployed, in a particularly difficult labour market situation (i.e. people aged 50 and over, women, persons with disabilities, long-term unemployed and the low-skilled). The target group under the Tasks of the Instruments of co-financing will be employees of entities to which the remuneration will be donated and natural persons who will receive funding for conducting business activity. The project provides for the following tasks: 1.Individual Action Plan and Vocational Guidance or Employment Mediation for 594 UP; 2. Internships for 33 UP; 3.Intervention works for 195 UP; 4.Training for 190 UP; 5. One-off measures for setting up a business for 130 UP; 6. Equipment or retrofitting of workstations for 126 UP; 7.Instruments of co-financing for 1 265 employees of entities whose salaries will be donated and natural persons who will receive funding for conducting business activities.
