The object of the project is the construction of a new hotel in Wisełka (Zachodniopomorskie) together with the SPA and Wellness infrastructure, a conference part, equipped with an innovative system on a Polish scale. The entire facility, including all rooms, will be adapted for allergies allergic to household dust mites and their allergens. The technology is based on the use of anti-allergic preparations, ecological disinfection, procedures and approved equipment elements specially selected for allergy sensitive to this type of mites. The hotel will seek to obtain a quality certificate of the European Centre for Allergy Research (ECRaF) as a quality mark for Allergy-Friendly Products and Services. The main goal of the project is to be an exemplary conference centre – training and leisure. Functional possibilities of the facility will allow for the implementation of events supplementing the conference and training programme, such as programmes of “stressing” employees, for whom the most recommended by doctors are: massages, autogenic training, heliotherapy, physical exercise and outdoor activities. The recreation programme provides for a response: motion, in silence, UV exposure, by heat quenching, cold, etc. In addition, as a result of the project, the Applicant will start producing its own products – spelt bread. Innovative baking technology was developed by the West Pomeranian University of Technology. Its application will allow the production of innovative products based on organic spelt, such as Rokosz, on an international scale. The substantive scope of the project includes: 1. The project thus constructed is economically, ecologically optimal and takes into account the improvement of the economic situation in the area of Wisełka, as land constituting the SSW.
