The object of the project is the extension of the main building of the K. Jonscher Clinical Hospital in Poznań with a new part, with a usable area of 3.377 m². The new wing will be dedicated to two already existing units of oncology and paediatric haematology (sections III and V) and for the Pathomorphology Laboratory, the Laboratory of Hematological Immunology, the Laboratory of cytostatic Medicine, the Oncology Clinic, which will be transferred to the new volume from the old part of the Hospital. In the new spaces will be created: general anesthesia office, neonatological care station, laser therapy office, psychological support offices, rehabilitation room, children’s community centre, social facilities for parents and carers, seminar room. The proper functioning of the units will ensure the purchase of the necessary equipment, medical equipment, technical equipment and rehabilitation equipment. The established infrastructure will be transferred into free use of the Hospital for which the Applicant is the founding body. Duration of the project 04.2020 — 12.2022r.The project will be characterised by the product indicators indicated in the ROP: Number of medicinal entities supported (1 item); Investment expenditure for the purchase of medical equipment (PLN 1,785,140.00); Number of facilities adapted to the needs of persons with disabilities (1 item); Number of fixed assets purchased (244 units).The applicant has planned promotional and information measures raising the issue of the contribution of ERDF funds to the project co-financing. In the construction activities, the removal of architectural barriers was remembered. The indicators will be monitored at the level of the Applicant’s cadastral data, including the protocol on acceptance of construction works. Place of implementation: on the land plot, which is owned by the University, designated in the land register Nos 6/6, 7/14, sheet 17, area of Jeżyce, at ul. Hospital 27/33 in Poznań, where the K. Jonscher U.M. K. Marcinkowski K.M. Clinical Hospital in Poznań is located.
