The project will be implemented in the Płock County in Dobrzyków. The applicant is based in the Mazowieckie Voivodeship (Dobrzyków town, Płock District, Mazowieckie Voivodeship).The main objective of the project is to introduce 7 new products to the domestic and foreign market using process innovation. This project consists of implementing the results of R & D work introducing 7 new products on the domestic and foreign market: PE 3 layer pipes with diameters 16 mm, 20 mm, 25 mm, 32 mm, black, white, brown, using 40 % recycled material, with the possibility of manufacturing process holes and PE 3 layer pipes with diameters of 40 mm, 50 mm, 63 mm with 40 % recycled material. They are mainly intended for water transfer in irrigation systems. The project involves the implementation of the results of the R & D work carried out by the Applicant itself. The evidence is a technical report on the R & D work carried out on the properties of three-layer pipes for irrigation additionally stabilised by UV radiation and establishing the life time of three-dimensional pipes and, on the basis of the results of the tests, the determination of the type of UV stabilisers and the necessary content in the polymer matrix, which is annexed to this application for funding. The scope of the project includes the purchase of fixed assets: Purchase 3 Layer PE Pipe Extrusion Line, Purchase 3 Layer PE Pipe Extrusion Line Without PE Pipe Perforator – 1 Set, Purchase Plastic Dispensing/Mixing System pcs. 1 and activities in the framework of information and promotion of the project. Target group: individual clients, state-owned companies, companies on the Polish and foreign markets.
