The revitalisation of railway line No 30 on the Lubartów – Parczew section will consist of improving the condition of the existing railway line with the adaptation to the disabled, which will ensure the improvement of the coherence and efficiency of rail transport. The use of modern technical solutions and the replacement of obsolete elements of the railway infrastructure with new materials will increase the safety of travel and safety at rail and road crossings. By upgrading the railway infrastructure and increasing the capacity of the railway line, the internal transport cohesion of the region will be improved and the accessibility of rail transport will be improved, which will increase the mobility of the inhabitants of the region. The aim of the project is to strengthen internal cohesion and further improve the internal and external accessibility of the region. Revitalisation of railway infrastructure of railway line No 30 Łuków-North Lublin on the section of Parczew – Lubartów with adaptation to the speed of passenger trains V=120 km/h. It will be revitalised by the section of railway line No 30 in length about 26,495 km. The implementation of the project will allow to obtain 3 main indicators: the length of the rebuilt or upgraded railway lines of 26,495 km, the number of level crossings on which safety has been improved – 13 units, the number of passenger railway stops supported – 10 units and, as a result, the creation of a new transport offer and the planned achievement of the result indicator in the form of 349 718 passenger transports per year. The planned industry works include replacement of railway surfaces, repair of substructure, restoration of drainage, revitalisation/construction/expansion of railway traffic control equipment, telecommunications equipment and networks and energy equipment, revitalisation of engineering facilities and 8 existing passenger stops, construction of 2 new passenger stops.
