The main objective of the project is to increase the use of information and communication technologies in public administration by providing customers of the City of Chełm and subordinate units with access to a wide range of high-quality electronic public services. The result of the project will be to equip the Chełm University and the units covered by the project with tools and services contributing to more efficient activities – including strengthening the degree of digitalisation of administration and the development of electronic public services, integration of systems and increasing the degree of accessibility for citizens. The system will consist of the following elements: 1. E-Services system enabling the implementation of official matters using IT tools via the Internet with the use of browser and mobile version through the Resident’s Platform, which is an internet portal connecting the outside world (resident) with the environment of the UM and urban units, 2. Electronic Document Circulation System, which is a medium for cases and a repository of documents of all municipal units, 3. A modern field system of individual departments and urban units supporting the IT process of the implementation of cases and being a tool for the management of all databases maintained by the Office, 4. Software streamlining the process of creating and publishing legal acts which form the basis of decisions issued and how and how to deal with cases 5. Communication platforms for residents from UM using VoIP technology with supportive BOT technologies and virtual assistants. Result indicators:-Number of cases settled through the on-line public service(5721 pcs). —Number of downloads/reproductions of documents containing public sector information(17 163 units), -Number of downloads/runs of applications based on re-use of public sector information and e-services pub.(858 pcs).
