The aim of the project is to develop new and innovative laminating technologies for flat and bent glass with increased functionality of laminated in the autoclave system. The planned technologies will combine the advantages of both laminating technologies: Autoclave and unutoclave, and at the same time will allow the development of new, lighter, thinner and more functional laminated glass panels for architecture and transport. This applies in particular to: 1. Reduce the production costs of specialty glass with increased functionality by at least 35 %, 2. The production of specialty glass with increased functionality in the autoclave system using the pre-laminate process, which will allow to accelerate production by at least 40 % and increase its efficiency by at least 20 %. New technologies will allow the production of new laminated glass panels, in particular: safety laminated glass, anti-burglary laminated glass, bulletproof laminated glass, polycarbonate laminated glass, or multifunction laminated glass. New products will have the following characteristics for all product designs: 1. The weight of the panels will be reduced by 20 % compared to the competitive glass, 2. The thickness of the panels will be reduced by 20 % compared to the competitive glass. In addition, the different types and constructions of laminated glass will have new, innovative individual characteristics presented in the application. All stages of industrial research presented in the proposal are linked and the results of the pre-stage are essential for the development of technology in the next phase. This allows the Applicant to minimise the risk of the project by completing the project if the phase does not carry over the planned results and, on the other hand, allows for the creation of a system of advanced laminating technologies and new, innovative laminated glass products
