Coalition for the Improvement of Air Quality Municipalities ZIT Agglomeration Wrocławska (ZIT WrOF)

The subject of the grant project is the grant of grants by the grantor to grantees from the area of Partner Municipalities for the implementation of investment projects of Grant Recipients, the specific objective of which is to reduce low emissions and reduce CO2 emissions in the residential sector, historical buildings, by replacing existing high-carbon heat sources with non-emission heat sources (RES, gas). As part of the grant project, grants will be available for investment projects of Grantees consisting of heat generator replacement, installations using renewable heat sources or possibly gaseous fuels. These investments will not be subject to prior thermomodernisation when the minimum thresholds for the primary energy ratio are met (according to the criterion “Maximum thresholds for the primary energy ratio EP H + W” – the value of the coefficient must not be higher than 450 kWh/(m² year). Compliance with the requirement will be determined on the basis of an energy efficiency certificate, an energy audit or a simplified energy audit prepared in accordance with the methodology indicated by the grantor during the recruitment process. The project is implemented in partnership of 7 entities, which belong to two sectors: public and non-profit. His leader is the non-governmental organisation OTS WP – Grantodawca and Partners of the Municipality. The final recipients of the project (Grant Recipients) are residents (i.e. natural persons) from the above-mentioned partner municipalities, who have the right to dispose of the property for the purposes of the project (single-family buildings located in the aforementioned municipalities). Thanks to the project, they will be able to reduce local emissions of particulate matter and CO2 and, if PV is used, also significantly reduce their electricity bills. Ultimately, customers will also act as the operator of the installation infrastructure project.
