Ensuring the effective implementation of the OP KED by the Ministry of Health acting as the Intermediate Body for Priority Axis V through, inter alia:  — ensuring proper institutional capacity (staff remuneration, job equipment, training, institution costs) and – ensuring the proper process of project selection, control, monitoring, evaluation, promotion.
