The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities for young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the district of Garwolin. The main outcome of the project will be to employ a minimum of 44 % of the most vulnerable (including: persons with disabilities, the long-term unemployed, the low-skilled) and a minimum of 59.5 % of those not eligible for any of the above-mentioned groups taking up employment. The project will support people under the age of 30 without a job, including in particular those who do not participate in education and training (so-called NEETs). Within the framework of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, aptitudes and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, the PLO will carry out appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions.
