The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities for young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the County of Hungary. The main outcome of the project will be to employ at least 44 % of the most vulnerable (including: persons with disabilities, long-term unemployed, people with low qualifications) and 59.5 % of other people not belonging to the above mentioned target groups participating in the project (in accordance with the measurement methodology contained in the Guidelines for the implementation of projects with ESF measures in the field of labour market 2014-2020) registered in the PLO in Hungary. The project will support people under 30 years of age without a job, including in particular those who do not participate in education and training (the so-called NEETs). As part of the project for each participant, presenting a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, aptitudes and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PLO in Hungary will carry out appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions.
