The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities for young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the district of Chełm and the City of Chełm.The main result of the project will be the recruitment of the most vulnerable people (including immigrants, remigrants, persons with disabilities, the long-term unemployed, the low-skilled) of at least 44 % and those not eligible for any of the above mentioned groups of at least 59.5 % registered in the PUP in Chełm. The project will support 983 people under 30 years of age (568K/415M) and 1000 people. (500K/500M) working, i.e. employees of enterprises, self-employed persons and employees of non-governmental organisations. As part of the project, for each of the participants, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of skills, predisposition of professional problems of a given participant. On this basis, the Chełm PLO will provide appropriately selected labour market services and instruments, as referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions.
