The aim of the project is to reduce the negative impact of public transport on the environment and health of the inhabitants of the functional area of Zielona Góra by reducing noise levels, CO2 emissions in the lower atmospheric layers and people’s exposure to low emissions, reducing car congestion, improving traffic fluidity and safety, promoting public transport and improving the energy efficiency of public transport. The above objectives will be achieved by implementing a project consisting of electrification of selected urban transport lines of the Municipal Communication Department in Zielona Góra. The project will achieve the following project objectives: — Number of units of passenger rolling stock purchased in collective public transport transport – pcs. 12; — Capacity of purchased passenger rolling stock for collective public transport – persons 1128; — Number of projects that financed the cost of reasonable accommodation for persons with disabilities – pcs. 1;
