Innovative modular building with universal application

SA.41471(2015/X) Purpose_public_aid: Article 25 of Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ Urz. EU L 187/1 of 26.06.2014).The project consists of the development of an innovative modular building with a flooring. The modernised technology of manufacturing a new product is based on the production of single, fully finished modules in the factory. The most important aspect of modularity is mobility, which enables the transport and construction of buildings anywhere in the world, and if necessary, non-invasive demolition and relocation. The identified needs of the recipients are: — lack of comprehensive solutions in the construction market that guarantee investors a comprehensive approach to investment, from foundations to construction and finishing — difficulties for investors to precisely determine the date of completion of the investment and its budget — lack of solutions for municipalities, cities, countries that are flexible in terms of cooperation and guaranteeing efficient investment in relation to the results obtained — lack of low-cost social housing of the appropriate standard — lack of a building market that is entirely designed in accordance with the principle of sustainable development, with long product life and possible recycling — lack of highly qualified personnel from the construction industry — lack of a solution on the market that does not introduce significant interference in the field (use of heavy equipment, devastation of the environment). Phases 1 and 2 concern industrial research — the development of modular construction and flooring. Step 3 is a real-world test of built prototypes. Newly developed constructions are an innovation in the world and will be included in the Applicant’s product offer. Thanks to the implementation of the project, the Applicant will become a forerunner on the market for mobile and quick-assembly buildings with a wide range of functionalities.(...)
