This project builds on the project Equally good with CELLER-i but contains as the name indicates an implementation. In the initial project, a decision has been drawn up regarding the winter performance of electric vehicles. The basis is to enable public actors to invest in electromobility. This in-depth project will carry out a number of initiatives such as test data on new car models converted to regionally adapted procurement models and complement the range tests in the form of analysis and possibly logging of home care services, delivery cars and different types of work vehicles in more municipalities in the region. In addition to clarifying the battery range on a cold February morning and the energy consumption used in winter driving and preheating/warming and how good the heat is in the car, the project will also continue to work on bringing together car testing companies and car dealers with the aim of developing the network for these types of questions. The overall aim of the project is to increase the proportion of rechargeable cars among public actors in the region and thereby stimulate other actors to also reduce the use of fossil fuels. The project goal is to identify 100 electric car applications, starting in the public sector, through local workshops and the annual EGP Nordic electric car seminar, which will contribute to the duplicate number of electric cars in the region. The project objective shall be achieved through four sub-goals: 1. A combined electric car seminar and electric car rally per year, under the heading EGP Nordic. 2. Range tests of 5-15 electric cars/ladder hybrids per year, combined with reference tests on public roads. 3. At least two local workshops in all participating municipalities during the project and at least one per year, with the aim of identifying potential for improvement in public procurement of cars (report). 4. A report on environment + gender (and integration) in motor vehicle trade that the project will disseminate.
