The overall goal of this feasibility study is to investigate the conditions for an implementation project with the aim of increasing the share of renewable fuels in heavy road transport in Norrbotten and Västerbotten, by establishing green multifuel stations in enough places, so that the market for heavy traffic has the opportunity to use renewable fuels. The feasibility study aims to identify best forms of collaboration for small and medium-sized companies to become involved in the solution, and identify success factors for market introduction, cooperation and coordination to increase the share of renewable energy in the transport sector. In addition, the preliminary study intends to investigate the prerequisites for collaboration in this area with potential project partners, nationally and internationally. The feasibility study will include four workshops with potential project partners and small and medium-sized companies, for knowledge gathering and anchoring within the target group, as well as networking and knowledge transfer. The aim of these is to identify possible forms of collaboration in an implementation project, as well as activities that provide the most savings for the target group in energy efficient transports linked to a holistic perspective. The feasibility study will also seek knowledge about the issue of gender equality and diversity in the industry and in what way the work on these issues can strengthen the implementation of a possible future implementation project.
