THE PROJECT AIMS TO APPLY INDUSTRY 4.0 TECHNIQUES AND METHODOLOGIES IN THE CONTEXT OF 3D PRINTING SYSTEMS OF MINERALS PRODUCING LARGE MANUFACTURED PRODUCTS. THE AIM OF THE PROJECT IS TO BUILD A DEMONSTRATOR SYSTEM CONSISTING OF A PROTOTYPE 3D PRINTER AND EXPERIMENTAL ARTEFACTS PRODUCED BY THE PRINTER, WHICH CAN COMMUNICATE INFORMATION TO A DATA MANAGEMENT AND ANALYSIS SYSTEM BEFORE AND AFTER THE PRINTING PROCESS AND ALSO TO THE ENVIRONMENT IN WHICH THE PRODUCTS AND PRODUCTS THEMSELVES ARE LOCATED. IN DETAIL, IT WILL BE DESIGNED, DEVELOPED AND PLACED IN THE DEMONSTRATOR (PRINTER, PRODUCT, ENVIRONMENT), NEW GENERATION SENSORS, AND CONTROL AND COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS, WHICH WILL ALLOW REAL-TIME PRODUCTION AND SUBSEQUENT TUNING OF THE PARAMETERS OF ‘RECIPES’.
