PROPOSES AN IMPROVEMENT IN THE FOOD AND WINE SUPPLY OF COOKING, WHICH BECOMES A DISTINCTIVE FEATURE OF THE STRUCTURE. IT MAKES CROSS-CUTTING CHOICES FOR ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY SUCH AS THE COAT, PHOTOVOLTAIC, SOLAR THERMAL, NEW WINDOW FRAMES AND THE INSTALLATION OF A COLUMN FOR ELECTRIC CHARGING OF VEHICLES, AND INCLUDES THE HOME AUTOMATION FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF THE ROOMS, IMPROVING OVERALL EFFICIENCY OF THE TOURIST ACCOMMODATION.
