THE AIM OF THE PROJECT IS TO DEVELOP A DIAGNOSTIC KIT BASED ON THE QUANTUM BIOMARKERS IN THE SALIVA OF PATIENTS WITH A HIGH RISK OF DEVELOPING CANCER OF THE LARYNX (DIOAGNOOSI) AND IN PATIENTS WITH LSCC ESTABLISHED TO MONITOR THE PROGRESSION OF THE DISEASE AND TO PREDICT THE INVASION OF THE DISEASE (PROGNOSTIC INVASION). THE BIOMARKERS USED WILL BE MICRO-ORGANISMS COMMON TO THESE NEOPLASMS. SUCH BIOMARKERS ARE IDENTIFIED AS RESEARCH CARRIED OUT BY PROPOSERS. THE DIAGNOSTIC KIT INTENDED TO BE CARRIED OUT IS AN INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGY INVOLVING THE USE OF NANO-FIBRES IN DIFFERENT MATERIALS THAT CAN FUNCTION AS BIOSENSORS AND REVEAL THROUGH DIFFERENT METHODOLOGIES (COLORIMETRIC, FLUORESCENCE, SPECTROMETRY, ETC.) THE PRESENCE OF ONE OR MORE BIOMARKERS OF INTEREST. THIS TECHNOLOGY ENABLES THE DESIGN OF A USER-FRIENDLY, AFFORDABLE AND USER-FRIENDLY CLINICAL DEVICE.
