THE OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT IS TO INCREASE THE LIVEABILITY OF SOME NEIGHBOURHOODS BY PROMOTING SOCIAL ACTIVITIES AND SERVICES FOR MARGINALISED PEOPLE. IT IS INTENDED TO PROVIDE A RESPONSE TO THE ACUTE NEED FOR THE INCLUSION AND REDUCTION OF THE WORD ‘EXTREME’, WHICH IS A REAL URBAN EMERGENCY.
