The project will create an international scientific team headed by KZVP R. Tůma and will deal with mechanisms for the functioning of large macromolecular complexes. The project includes the interconnection of biophysical and structural methods and their application to the study of photosynthetic pigments, the role of RNA in virus replication and regulation, the mechanism of V(D)J recombination, chromatin conversion and functioning of membrane complexes. The project will use the instrumental infrastructure built and expand the international interconnectivity and profile of the centre. a.
