THE AIM OF THIS PROJECT IS TO PROVIDE THE SCHOOL WITH NEW PROFESSIONALS WHO CAN, WITH GREATER EFFECTIVENESS AND EXPERTISE, ASSESS PUPILS’ DISTRESS AND ANY CONFLICTING DYNAMICS WITHIN CLASS GROUPS, IN ORDER TO PROVIDE TEACHERS AND FAMILIES, IN ORDER TO PROVIDE TEACHERS AND FAMILIES, AS WELL AS STRATEGIES TO IMPROVE PEER RELATIONS AND TO MAKE TEACHING ARRANGEMENTS EFFECTIVE AND IN LINE WITH THE NEEDS OF THE PUPILS. IT IS INTENDED TO DESIGN TOGETHER THE DIFFERENT ACTORS OF THE LEARNER’S EDUCATION TO IMPROVE THE CLASSROOM CLIMATE AND RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN TEACHERS/PARENTS, TEACHERS/PUPILS AND FAMILIES/PUPILS. IN PARTICULAR, MENTORING, MENTORING AND PERSONAL SUPPORT, COUNSELLING, MENTORING AND COUNSELLING WILL TAKE PLACE IN ORDER TO USE THE RESOURCES MADE AVAILABLE BY THIS CALL FOR PROPOSALS, AS EFFECTIVELY AND COMPREHENSIVELY AS POSSIBLE.
