THE PROJECT PROPOSAL ADDRESSES THE ISSUE OF DIFFERENCES IN WORKING ENVIRONMENTS WITH A BROAD APPROACH, BUILDING ON THE EXPERIENCE OF 15 YEARS OF ACTIVITY BY THE PROPOSING COMPANY. THE GENERAL OBJECTIVE IS NOT ONLY TO DEAL WITH THE ISSUE INTERNALLY. THE OTHER MAIN TERRITORIAL PLAYERS WILL BE INVOLVED IN THIS INITIATIVE IN SUCH A WAY THAT THE RECIPIENTS’ EMPLOYMENT WILL INCREASE MUCH MORE THAN THAT OF THE UNDERTAKING ITSELF.
