THE WORK LIFE BALANCE PROJECT IS FOUNDED ON THE OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF IMPROVING THE JOB WELL-BEING OF THE COOPERATIVE COMMUNITY; THIS OBJECTIVE WILL BE PURSUED THROUGH GREATER AWARENESS OF THE DIFFERENT UNICITS AND THE EXPLOITATION OF DIFFERENCES, BE THEY NEEDS OR EXPERTISE. THE PROJECT INVOLVES THE IMPLEMENTATION OF VARIOUS ACTIONS, INCLUDING INFORMATION AND AWARENESS-RAISING ACTIVITIES (SEMINARS, DRAFTING OF BROCHURES, ETC.) TO THE ISSUES OF DIVERSITY MANAGEMENT AND ISSUES RELEVANT TO THE COOPERATIVE; THE PRESENCE OF THE DIVERSITY MANAGER; SETTING UP A LISTENING DESK, WITH THE AIM OF PROMOTING THE SURVEY OF THE NEEDS OF WORKERS/WORKERS AND FOSTERING INCLUSION. AS REGARDS THE EXPECTED RESULTS OF THE PROJECT, THE PRIMARY EXPECTATION IS TO IMPROVE THE WELLBEING OF THE WORKERS/TARGET POPULATION OF THE INTERVENTION AND IN GENERAL OF ALL WORKERS.
