The subject of the Project is the creation of a regional eHealth platform, providing services for patients, which will ultimately be able to be used in all medicinal entities located in the voivodship. As part of the project, the participation of medicinal entities for which the entity forming is the Voivodeship Self-government is planned. It’s West Pomeranian. Other medicinal entities from the voivodship, regardless of their legal or proprietary status, will be able to benefit from the results of the project, in particular e-services and the collection and availability of electronic medical records (EDM) at regional level. The scope of the project is divided into two layers – regional and local. The completed project will provide a number of functionalities within e-Services.
