The aim of the project is to increase accessibility to high-quality health infrastructure. MATERIAL SCOPE: 1. construction of a new building for the needs of one indicated in point D.3.WoD 2. construction of the connector between the newly designed building and the existing hospital pavilion “L”; 3. land use with infrastructure and small architecture; 4. demolition of the “Z” building; 5. Purchase of basic medical equipment, apparatus and equipment for the new building; 6. Purchase of medical equipment for the needs of the Department of Inner Diseases and Hypertension. The project implementation, accounting and evaluation team will be responsible for the implementation of the project, consisting of employees of the Applicant and external entities with appropriate qualifications and experienced in the implementation of similar investments. Detailed responsibilities of persons responsible for the implementation of the project are described in section 3.2.2.1 SW. Immediately after completion of the project, it will be possible to use the full functionality of the created infrastructure. The project does not require additional activities in order to make full use of the infrastructure – the ESC in Szczecin will provide the necessary technical, human resources and knowledge to ensure the commissioning of the infrastructure after the completion of the project. The project is stationary.Important aspects of the project: 1)Developing design documentation and obtaining a construction permit. 2) Choice of the contractor of construction works. Signing a contract with the general contractor. 3) Execution of the construction works covered by the project. 4) Purchase and delivery of fixed assets. 5) Obtain all necessary arrangements. 6) Launch of a new one. The applicant shall have a medical staff suitably qualified to operate the medical devices covered by the project. As a result of the project, the applicant will have the technical infrastructure necessary for the installation and use of the medical devices covered by the project.
