The main objective of the project is to increase the employability of 986 (548K) unemployed persons after 29 years of age qualified for the I or II aid profile, registered in PUP Poznań, residing in the city of Poznań or Poznań County, belonging to at least one of the following groups: women, the long-term unemployed, those aged 50 and over, people with disabilities, the low-skilled, those leaving agriculture and their families, immigrants and immigrants or men aged 30-49 who need support from 1.01.2019-31.12.2020. The planned outcome of the project will be to achieve the employment efficiency index at the level of: at least 45 % for the most vulnerable (women, long-term unemployed, people aged 50 and over, people with disabilities, low-skilled people up to ISCED level 3, immigrants and immigrants) and at least 60 % for non-members.The PUP will implement the services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions (including: job intermediation, vocational guidance, training, traineeships, allocation of funds for starting a business, intervention work will be prepared for each of the participants.The Individual Action Plan (IPD) will be prepared for each participant, identifying their needs and defining the planned offer of support and determining the degree of distance from the labour market. Each participant will be able to benefit from at least two elements of comprehensive assistance, tailored to their individual needs and expectations. Recruitment for the project will be conducted throughout its duration.The total value of the project is: 7 384 306,54 PLN, including 2 862 652,61 PLN in 2019 and PLN 4 521 653.93 in 2020.
