The project concerns the extension of the Voivodeship Road No. 507 Braniewo – Pieniężno on the Wola Lipowska-Pieniężno section with a total length of 13.880 km in the communes of Braniewo and Pieniężno, braniewski district, Warmińsko-Mazurskie voivodship. The scope of work broken down by action shall include: preparatory work (project doc.), feasibility study, construction works. (reinforcement of the road surface – 100 kN/axle with the possibility of up to 115kN/axle; construction of the monetary ring road and the weighing places of vehicles; leading the way to the parameters of the class. G by correcting horizontal and vertical arcs; remodeling of crossroads; engineering facilities refurbishment, reinforcement to Class A; construction and refurbishment of pavements, bus bays, individual and public exits, connections to Green Velo; Bud. and reconstruction of pedestrian crossings; harvesting of trees and shrubs; construction and refurbishment of road dehydration; Bud. and refurbishment of road lighting in towns; reconstruction of collisions with aliens; green landscaping; renovation of roadsides, renovation of roadside ditches; execution of vertical and horizontal markings), supervision in the project (Contract Engineer, author supervision), project promotion, property purchase, specialist services (laboratory research within the framework of IK). The project is part of the SzOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020 action 7.1. Regional road infrastructure – non-competitive projects of Warm.-Maz Province. Pursues the objective of the theme.7,invest priority.7b. Enhance regional mobility by linking secondary and tertiary nodes to TEN-T infrastructures, including multimodal nodes and the specific objective of action. By connecting to the S22 road (TEN-T base network), DW 507 transports traffic to the border crossing point with the Russian Federation in Grzekhotkay and towards the S7 road (TEN-T network, European road E77), which connects directly in the city of Elbląg. The project will improve the journey towards the TEN-T network and significantly improve the availability of the voivodship, it will handle both transit and local traffic.
