The project will consist of building e-administration solutions in the functional area of the Great Masurian Lakes. The project is important for the development of the information society and the development of a regional model of electronic administration in Warmińsko-Mazurskie voivodship. In order to achieve the project’s objective, the following steps are planned: 1) Implementation of the portal: Digital Mazury (Digital Office), 2) Implementation of sys. Electronic Document Circulation (SEOD), 3) Modernisation of network infrastructure, 4) Supply of active network equipment and equipment comp. 5) purchase of hosting and network security services. Modernisation is necessary for the project’s effects to benefit the largest number of recipients, both the employees of the office and the clients. Equipping the right hardware, equipment and software will allow users to receive electronic documents and process them by employees. This system will organise the circulation of 12 offices, increase the efficiency and quality of the work of officials, and will contribute to the transparency of work. The CU platform will enable the launch of electronic services, e.g. filling out forms, signing them with trusted profiles, sending them to the office, as well as receiving feedback on the process of handling the matter. Services will be available to all interested citizens and entrepreneurs. The applicant shall make public sector information available through the API including: transport data, environmental data, demographic indicators. All elements of the project implement the assumptions specified in the SZOOP and fit into the type of project in the field of e-government: simplify and informatise user-oriented procedures and electronic resource management and public sector information. The project pursues the goals of SZOOP details, among others, by increasing the supply of public electronically supplied services, improving the functioning of the administration and strengthening its digitisation.
