The project is aimed at approx. 460 people, including 272 women and 188 men, residents of Katowice who are socially excluded or at risk of poverty or social exclusion. The project will take measures to improve the social and professional functioning of the target group. Participants of the project will be activated as part of local activity programmes (Wełnowiec-Józefowiec-Dąb, Zawodzie) and social contracts or agreements to participate in the project through support in the form of active inclusion services of a social, educational, professional and health nature, such as among others. KIS, family assistant, therapist, educator, case support manager, professional counselor, streetworker, homeless person’s assistant. An individual path of social reintegration will be developed for each participant in the project. It will be guided by a path maintainer (e.g. social worker, professional adviser) who will accompany the participant during the project.
