The scope of the project includes the construction of the Buczkowice ring road ~2.78 km from the intersection with ul. Bielska (DW942) for indirect connection to the S69 expressway via ul. It is a voivodeship road, which will allow transit traffic to be taken out of dense areas of the city centre. The project will therefore increase the capacity of the road network and improve the accessibility of the TEN-T roads. The project includes, in particular, the construction of a bypass, the construction of a street road. Leszczynowa, Żywiecowa and Bielska, construction of intersections, construction of additional roadways, construction of drainage, implementation of meteorological system, construction of lighting. The investment focuses on improving accessibility to the main roads of the region and ensures better communication. The reconstruction will increase the capacity of the route connecting to the S69 expressway. The availability of the above-mentioned road for the district of Bielsko will be improved.
