PThe object of the project is revitalisation of the area of Nowy Port with Fortress Wisłoujście o pow. 165.29 ha inhabited by 10427 people. The project includes construction works covering the renovation of 34 housing communities and 10 municipal buildings. 1 premises in the residential building (September 53) and 1 premises-hall (Florianska Street 3) will be adapted to conduct social activities. It is expected that roads will be rebuilt on a section of approx. 0.8 km (Góreckiego Street 350 m, ul.Strajku Dokerów 200 m, ul.Wilków Morskich 250 m) along with reconstruction/expansion of underground infrastructure and the installation of public spaces (the waterfront floor in the area of Starowiślna Street and Wyzowlenia Street) and the development of green areas (Szaniec Zachodni). In addition, the Flexibility Instrument will implement actions integrating the local community. The project is integrated with social services activities.
