Activity direction

The project “Activity Direction” implemented as part of the ZPT for the Słupsk MOF, is aimed at 180 people affected and at risk of poverty and exclusion. socially, not working, benefit from the assistance of the MOPR in Słupsk. The aim of the project is the professional activity of participants/cakes, it is assumed that at least 30 % of students i.e. 54 people after completing their participation in the project will take up employment. The project will be implemented from I 2016 to X 2018, there are two main editions of the actions addressed to two groups of participants/pupils (I edition 2016/17-75 learner; Second edition 2017/18-105 Learn. The project will be implemented by MOPR in Słupsk, activities will be based on partnership with PUP in Słupsk and Stow. It’s the horizon. The PUP will co-implement the PAI for the unemployed register with the third aid profile (112 people) and participate in the creation of a reintegration path for each of the participants, on which further activation activities will be carried out. Wait a minute. Horizon will create a CIS in which reintegration will be carried out on the basis of practical workshops and social activities. 95 participants/calls. It is assumed that some of the CIS graduates as part of the employment. supported will be addressed by PUP to employers (refund part of the employment costs). CIS will also carry out tasks related to professional activation addressed to all participants/calls, who, in addition to direct support of the professional advisor, will be able, among others, to obtain a referral to a course or traineeship. The idea of volunteering will be promoted among the participants/calls. The MOPR will coordinate all activities and activate the community. All activities will be tailored to the needs and capabilities of participants/cakes (including the disabled) and carried out on the basis of the counter-socials concluded between the MOPR and the project learner. Throughout the period of participation in the project, the participant/call will be covered by intensive and personalised social work carried out by social work. It is assumed that the average contract execution time will be 16 m.
