The project aims to support the creation of micro-enterprises through the implementation of comprehensive support for starting a business provided to 64 women (K) from the entire area of the Pomeranian Voivodeship over the age of 30 who are unemployed. The aim of the project is to increase the chances of women over the age of 30 who are unemployed for permanent employment by supporting the creation and maintenance of micro-enterprises. Specific objectives of the project: — gaining the knowledge and skills needed to set up a business by 64 participants of the project, – creation of 50 new jobs within newly created micro-enterprises, – creation of no less than 10 additional new jobs under the co-financed newly created enterprises. Actions: — selection of target group-64Women(K), – diagnosis of individual needs of project participants (DPS), – preparation of the programme and carrying out trainings, advice in response to diagnosed needs of participants, – granting financial support for starting a business activity in the form of non-refundable grants to participants who set up economic activity(50K) – providing financial support to project participants who have established business activities in the form of training, advisory and mentoring and facilitation (50K) – providing financial support to the project participants; PWP 40K. A permanent result of the project will be self-employment within the created micro-enterprises lasting at least 12 months from the date of starting business after obtaining financial and substantive support.
