Project Mon. “The establishment of childcare facilities under the age of 3 in the nursery "Sunny Zakętek" in Kolbuszowa will be carried out in the area of Kolbuszów. The main objective of the project is to enable 50 parents/legal guardians, including 48 women from Kolbuszowa commune, to return to the labour market after a break from birth/education by providing nursery care for their children under the age of 3 in the period IX.2017 to VIII.2019 by creating new 40 nursing facilities in Kolbuszowa’s nursery. The target group is parents or legal guardians of children up to the age of 3 who return to the labour market after a break in the birth or upbringing of a child. There are 50 parents/legal guardians of which at least 48 K residing in the area of Kolbuszów returning to the labour market, including: 29 unemployed/passive people (29K) and 21 people returning to the labour market after a break in maternity/parent leave (19K). Results: — Number of unemployed persons who have found a job or are looking for a job after leaving the programme – 22 people including 22K – Number of people who have returned to the labour market after a break related to birth/education of a child, after leaving the programme – 18 persons including 16K – Number of project participants who indicated improvement of conditions for reconciling work and private life – 38 people. Tasks to be carried out within the framework of the project: — the equipment of the nursery, – the creation of new nursery care facilities and the functioning of the nursery – activities supporting the development of children. The project complies with the principle of sustainable development, as it leads to greater social cohesion and equal opportunities and anti-discrimination.
