The object of the project is investment activities aimed at adding to the existing building of the Public School Complex in Basznia Lower segment of kindergarten with partial modernisation of the existing building to the extent necessary to connect it to the kindergarten, as well as modernisation of the existing boiler room. The implementation of the project will create favourable conditions for the development of a kindergarten in Lower Basznia, ensuring, at the same time, improving the quality and standard, as well as increasing accessibility to care and education of the youngest children from the rural areas of Lubaczów. The achievement of the main objective is possible through the achievement of the specific objectives: —increasing the number of places in kindergarten; —allowing children with mobility disabilities to use the kindergarten; —improvement of conditions for conducting classes and working in kindergarten. The building was built from the ground up with four nursery departments, sanitary facilities, magazines, dirty laundry, hygiene room and a social room. At the same time, it is planned to reconstruct the water-channel and electrical connections. As part of the modernisation of the existing part, there will be a hall for motor, rhythmic and corrective activities, including a hall. The necessary work in this area of investment shall include: demolition of partitions and construction walls, magnification of the door opening in the gym, walling of window openings, replacement of: window and door carpentry, sanitary, electrical, co. finishing work. The total usable area of the kindergarten is 510.3 m². The modernisation of the boiler room includes the replacement of the furnace for 3 high-efficiency boilers for gaseous fuel, together with the new exhaust-air system that has taken over the school roof, replacement of the installation, and basic repair work in the boiler room. The project is planned to be implemented on plot no. 1120 in the Lower Basin. The plot shall be owned by the beneficiary.
