The subject of the project is the extension of the building of the Podkarpackie Centre for Lung Diseases in Rzeszów with the “D” Pavilion, belonging to the F. Chopin Clinical Hospital No. 1, together with the execution of the necessary technical infrastructure, internal installation and land development. The project also includes the purchase of equipment necessary for the proper delivery of health services by PCCHP. The main objective of this project is to ensure the comprehensiveness and continuity of medical services in the field of respiratory diseases in the Podkarpackie Voivodeship. The project will be implemented in three stages. This project involves the implementation of Step I, which includes: 1. Implementation of technical documentation for the whole Investment comprising: the addition of building D, extension and reconstruction of building B; reconstruction of building A and reconstruction of cellars of building C; 2. Extension of building D and extension of building B (construction and installation works); 3. transfer of the Department of Pulmonology of Chemotherapy to the premises of the built-in building D; 4. Transfer of the Clinic of Tuberculosis and Lung Diseases with sleep apnea and facilities (68 beds) from the Palace building to the new premises of the built-in building D; 5. Transfer of the Department of Laboratory Diagnostics and Patomorphology to the new premises of the built-in building D; 6. Transfer of technical and medical facilities to the new premises of the built-in building D; 7. Renovation of the premises of the low ground floor of nave C (technical rooms, archive). For proper operation, obtaining authorisation to use building D and extension of building B, it is necessary to: medium-voltage trafo stations with power generator, water treatment station, vacuum room on the low ground floor of building D, food distribution rooms in building B, archive in building C, construction of staircases, entrance p.poż. from ul. Lubelska along with the access road to building D.
