The subject of the project is the implementation of 97 E-Services at level 3[15pcs] and 4 maturity[82pcs], including A2A 12pcs e-services; A2B 14pcs; A2C 17pieces, made available to the community via a portal (e-platforms), which will integrate and enable access to all e-services implemented under this project in one place. The project concerns the creation of an integrated data exchange platform which will automate, harmonise and streamline the processes of the Consortium Municipalities related to ensuring public security and order. The project will ensure the interoperability of public ICT systems as defined in the Act of 4.03.2010 on Spatial Information Infrastructure (Journal of Laws No.76, item 489, as amended) and the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 12.04.2012 on the National Interoperability Framework. The project provides savings and administrative simplifications for entrepreneurs and citizens through the implementation of an e-system aimed at enhancing the functionality of an existing system, where anyone interested will be able to check the state of their affairs, accounts, payments, etc.The system will have the possibility to enter into transactions, e.g. on payments for taxes. The transaction will be confirmed by user authentication in ePUAP. The designed ICT system will ensure that the requirements of WCAG2.0 are met. The project meets the standards of security of implemented information systems and data processing in accordance with applicable law. Service design will be implemented on the basis of user-oriented design methods. As part of the e-Services project for residents, the latest ICT technologies will be used. The target group consists of residents of communes, companies. The main objective of the project is to improve the quality and extend the scope of public services provided electronically by municipalities: Lubaczów, Narol, Horyniec-Zdrój, Wielkie Eyes and Municipality Lubaczów through improved communication and interoperability.
